Democratic presidents race

In this years Democratic Presidents race we have two canidates running for the nomination to go up agianst republican hopeful John McCain, the two hopeing for the nomination are Barack Obama and Hiliary Clinton. Barack Obama is in a very huge position because not only his he an African American but he also muslim. So he has most if not all of the african voters voting for him in every state in the union. Not to mention that he is one very powerful speaker which also brings in the votes of the white voters. Hiliary Clinton is the second or third women to run for President, though, i think, she is the first women to have gotten down to the final two of the party. We all know her by her husband former President Bill Clintion. Hilary carries most of the women voters because if she beats Obama in the convention then she stands a very good chance to become the first women president of the United States. Both Obama and Clinton are both very string people and very big symbols for both of their groups because the african american and women groups have barely had came into the political sight in the american nation and which ever one goes up against McCain will show that any one from any back ground can become one of the most powerful people in the world today.

I like your break down on the presidents but how do you feel discrimination is used with them not only running but making it down to the final two? How do you think the word discrimination is used in the way it is supposed to during the running? Or is it not used in the right way at all since most of us grew up thinking discrimination had to do with racism? Just some things to point out.
